Chrissy Griffiths

Chrissy Griffiths, Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Golf Fitness Professional, is the Fitness Director at The Fredericksburg Country Club in Virginia where she works with golfers on a regular basis. She also owns and operates Griffiths Golfit LLC, a golf fitness training company. She has a strong passion for giving her clients the joy of a better golf game and increased health and wellness.

Chrissy also works as a medical professional in the field of physical therapy. She is a licensed PTA and currently works at OSPTA in Fredericksburg.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Mary Washington. With several years experience, she is currently NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
She specializes in Golf Swing Analysis using 3D motion capture and kinematic sequencing. Additionally, through physical assessment and personalized training, she helps her clients understand how their physical limitations are affecting their swings and how to improve physical function for the golf swing and increase power transfer to the club.
