I possess a doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for 17 years as of 2023. I specialize in power, strength and endurance, flexibility and weight loss. My greatest client success story is having my client lose 105 pounds to win Toledo's Biggest Loser. I am a Golf Fitness Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a Physical Therapist, CPR/AED instructor and lifeguard instructor for the American Red Cross for the past 16years. I am an American Physical Therapy Association Board Certified Sports Certified Specialist as well as Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist in Physical Therapy. Currently I am a Fellow in Training. You may be playing with a "nagging" injury or have a swing fault that may be contributing to your injury or may make you more susceptible to injury. I strongly believe in the TPI principle stating, "We don't believe there is one way to swing a golf club; we believe there are an infinite number of ways to swing a club. But we do believe that there is one way for everyone to swing a club and it is based on what they can physically do." With my knowledge and experience I can help you play better and help decrease risk of injury. I take a more movement oriented approach to strength training to develop sports specific motor control as well as improving speed, power, mobility and stability. Movement patterns as well as developing a neurodynamic approach to improving dynamic movement for the optimization of swing efficiency is crucial in developing a solid golf game.
