Mike Gorski

Mike has been an ACE certified personal trainer for 8 years and has worked with many clients ranging from 14 to 77 years old. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Dietetics from The University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2010, and completed his Registered Dietitian Internship in La Crosse, WI, and now works as a Personal Trainer and Registered Dietitian and is the owner of MG FitLife in Verona, WI. (located at Gym 608)

Also holds certifications in CPPS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) PPSC (Pain Free Performance Specialist) and FRC (Functional Range Conditioning).

His training styles center around functional fitness, weight loss/weight management training, strength and power training, and sport specific training.
