With a significant background in online coaching, Alex extends his services worldwide, leveraging technology for remote and hybrid (online/in-person) training styles. Using the latest evidence-based practices, he tailors programs for clients across the performance spectrum, from the general population to elite athletes.

Alex holds a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from The University of Toledo and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of Florida (Go Gators!)
