Josie Felix

My name is Josie Felix and I am a physical therapist in the greater San Diego area. I am a board certified orthopedic specialist (OCS) and have higher level certifications in manual therapy (COMT/SMT) and am currently in a fellowship program for manual therapy working towards my FAAOMPT.
When working with golfers I use a combination of the TPI framework and a global holistic approach, looking at the patterns and dysfunctions that might be contributing to your pain or limitations impacting your swing.
My goal is to help you become stronger, reduce risk of injury, and help you return to golf with tools that will help you not only achieve your goals but potentially improve your golf game.
