Denis Donovan

Denis is a Doctor of Physical Therapy practicing at Sloane Stecker Physical Therapy in West Palm Beach Florida.

Denis was born in Brooklyn NY and grew up on that South Shore of Long Island, a stones throw away from Bethpage Black in Farmingdale. Denis attended Binghamton University where he double majored in Psychology and Health and Wellness studies, while interning in the University's Athletic Training Room with the basketball, soccer and lacrosse teams. Following his time at Binghamton Denis returned home to Long Island to attend Physical Therapy school at Touro College. There he earned a BS in Health Science as well as his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, while graduating with a 3.8 GPA and earning the colleges awards for Group Research Thesis and Highest Clinical Achievement.

Denis' clinical affiliations took him all over the country; Houston, Tampa, Manhattan, where he studied under some of the smartest minds in orthopedics, manual therapy and corrective exercise. After accepting a job offer at Sloane Stecker in NYC, Denis soon relocated to the company's West Palm Beach location in order to be in closer proximity to some of the best golf courses the country has to offer, as well as to further enhance his love and knowledge for the game of golf.

Today Denis uses the state of the art facility at Sloane Stecker to better help his patients regain their strength, function, ability, and even add a couple of yards to their drive. With access to Kineo, Desmotec, Kesier, Watt Bike and AlterG equipment, Denis is able to use real time objective strength, power and speed data in order to get the most out of his patients and best set them up for success.
