Trail Shoulder Mobility - ATLAS
What does the perfect backswing look like? Consult the photo to the left. I'm at the top, but here I'm holding the earth, just like Atlas did in Greek mythology. The Atlas pose is perfect for your swing, because it sets your right arm in the most powerful position to support the world (or club). Notice how vertical my right arm is - if you can't get this straight - up - and down look in your right arm at the top, you'll have major path and face troubles on the way down. In order to get your right arm vertical at the top of your backswing, you need sufficient mobility in your right shoulder. If you have this you will swing like the gods!
